Fifth Voyage

  • Builds a ship to go on another adventure
  • attacked by Rocs(giant birds)
  • Washes up on another island
  • Old man chokes him unconscious and is terrorizing him

Fifth Voyage(cont.)

  • Gets the old man drunk
  • Throws him off his back
  • Found new companions
  • Found new riches


Sixth Voyage[The Raft]

  • Sinbad builds himself a raft
  • Rides a river with strong rapids


Sixth Voyage(cont.)

  • Rides a horse to visit a king
  • The king demands that Sinbad's adventures be written on gold tablets.
  • Becomes great friends with the king

Sixth Voyage(end)

  • Accepted the charge from the king 
  • Sinbad vouches that the king is a great as people say

Seventh and Last Voyage[The Elephants]

  • Sinbad was called by the Capliph.
  • Wants him to deliver a message to Serendib
  • Kills an elephant
  • Dug a hole where he buried the elephant


Seventh and Last Voyage(cont.)

  • Sinbad continued to kill Elephants from tall trees,
  • The elephants attack the tree Sinbad is in.
  • They brought him to a land of dead elephants so that he could have 
  • Sinbad returned and lived with his family.

Hey everyone,          My name is Donovan Mbroh and I am now a senior electrical engineering major at the University of Oklahoma. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas where I graduated from Trinity Christian Academy in Addison, Texas. The most important thing to me is my family. I have an older sister named Hayden who is getting her PHD in Clinical psychology at UT southwestern medical center. My mom also specializes in psychology and frequently attends events as a public speaker concerning race, reconciliation, and diversity. My dad is the head of an engineering firm in Dallas. My parents are both from Oklahoma so I am very familiar with the area. I have another cousin who attends Oklahoma and many relatives in the area as well. Week 7 Story: The Antidote

There was once a man named James who was backpacking through West Africa, hunting for wild-life. While he was exploring, he came came across a ditch with three figures inside of it. These figures were revealed to be a leopard,  a serpent, a rat, and a man. They called out to him and begged him to help them out of the hole. As a hunter, James initially felt that he should only let the man free from the hole, but after great deliberation he helped them all escape from the pit. They all swore to make it up to him and prove their worth because of this great act. A few days pasted and the serpent found James and offered him a very powerful antidote for snake poison. He told James that all he needed to do was mix the serum with a traitor's blood and the victim could then drink it and be healed. James thanked the serpent, and made sure that he always carried the serum on him. The Leopard proved his worth by joining James  in his hunting trips, and helping him catch his prey. That same w
